This coffee is something special. It comes from the Guji region in Ethiopia, specifically the Shakiso district, where the beans grow high up in the mountains — between 1850 and 2100 meters. That altitude gives the coffee time to develop its full character, and it really shows in the cup.

Roasted to a light-medium level, it brings out a perfect balance of sweetness, brightness, and body. Expect a bright citrus spark, a smooth cocoa base, and a juicy fruity finish — think apricot or stone fruit.

Processed at the Hadeso washing station with care and precision, this coffee scored an impressive 87.5 Q-Grade, meaning it’s not just tasty — it’s specialty-grade through and through.
